Strange.... Each time i email them, i recieve their response next day and also they call me to understand the problem each time.I sent two emails to these email ID(onescorehelp@onescore.app) to update my address in the OneScore app, but I haven't received any reply. Is there any other email ID to contact OneScore customer care?
There could be many possible reasons. For example, OneScore's access may have been curtailed - agreement over or annual fee not paid.....Yes sir, i do agree they are clear about the issue. But since i am using it since 1 year how can verification failed problem suddenly pops up ?
And also what verification or authentication has failed they did not mention as my details are correct and haven't changed from past year.
Also as per their advice i contacted CIBIL support helpline and the executive told me everything is fine from their end and account is verified. She asked me to raise a dispute.
I raised it and recieved acknowledgment on email that they require 2 says to revert back.
I also tried checking on bajaj finserv and wishfin....but same result everywhere.I think so

It says problem with CIBIL server or your mobile and pan number are not linked.
But i was able to view score with same details from last 1 year.
Gpay refresh will be available on 1st july and will check axis credit score site.So definitely issue from CIBIL side.

I meant CIBIL is not giving access to them (One Score / PB)Don’t think so
I applied for dcb in HDFC Bank site and without completing application on submission of pan i got cibil alert of score checking this evening
Got it correctly now…I meant CIBIL is not giving access to them (One Score / PB)
Right....banks check cibil score and pay cibil for that service.Got it correctly now…
Maybe subscription charges pending from one score or initial period over to renew…
