Cibil score missing from onescore app

I sent two emails to these email ID(onescorehelp@onescore.app) to update my address in the OneScore app, but I haven't received any reply. Is there any other email ID to contact OneScore customer care?

Strange.... Each time i email them, i recieve their response next day and also they call me to understand the problem each time.
Yup email is same as you mentioned.

Yes sir, i do agree they are clear about the issue. But since i am using it since 1 year how can verification failed problem suddenly pops up ?
And also what verification or authentication has failed they did not mention as my details are correct and haven't changed from past year.
Also as per their advice i contacted CIBIL support helpline and the executive told me everything is fine from their end and account is verified. She asked me to raise a dispute.
I raised it and recieved acknowledgment on email that they require 2 says to revert back.

There could be many possible reasons. For example, OneScore's access may have been curtailed - agreement over or annual fee not paid.....

So, forget about OneScore. Directly focus on CIBIL.

I also tried checking on bajaj finserv and wishfin....but same result everywhere.
It says problem with CIBIL server or your mobile and pan number are not linked.
But i was able to view score with same details from last 1 year.

So definitely issue from CIBIL side.
Did u try GPay or Axis Credit Score site?

Gpay refresh will be available on 1st july and will check axis credit score site.

I applied for dcb in HDFC Bank site and without completing application on submission of pan i got cibil alert of score checking this evening

I meant CIBIL is not giving access to them (One Score / PB)

Got it correctly now…
Maybe subscription charges pending from one score or initial period over to renew…

Right....banks check cibil score and pay cibil for that service.
Maybe free cibil checking apps haven't cleared dues or their current agreement has expired and up for renewal.

UPDATE : Now experian score is also gone from onescore app.

My last credit card was from Indusind, And while applying the card, I declared my annual income as 6L to 10L.
And after few days, they reported this. But I can't figure out what does this number mean?
If any experienced member can help me regarding this...

They just put some extra 0 s at the end.. thinking that 0s have no value..
Dont worry..nothing happens, when you apply for another card it will be overwritten.
IndusIn does this.. thier systems are so old, they are doing some conversions ..
I too experienced this Indus mega multi Crorepathi moment .. after sometime it was overwritten. no issue was caused to me...

Other users are facing this issue as well. Sadly onescore in their last email said they will update me on the issue after 10 days and asked me to wait. While cibil team in their mail said authentication has failed in onescore and once failed it cannot be re authenticated. 🥲

As I have checked my score just now and it is working fine

Same thing is happening with me, I started to use the one score from 2022, and from the beginning they didn't able to fetch my cibil report.
Experian score is updating time to time but they never showed the CIBIL.

I raised the concern but they didn't fixed that.
