I have 3 Axis Cards: Atlas, Vistara Infinite and My Zone (3 months old). Will I be able to upgrade My Zone to this new Olympus credit card? Moreover the My Zone card is lifetime free.

No one knows about it! It is not official yet but I think Olympus would be Axis' exclusive CC, only for Citi folks.

If you're eligible, yes.

I am guessing they will take precautions after the whole Magnus saga with the eligibility criteria and the approvals.

For genuine spenders this will the flagship card in the axis line up. From what we know there are no accelerated points and no monthly milestones and nothing to gamify the card. Dare I say the rewards are similar to atlas. And Nothing extreme to devaluate here.

Citi knows its stuff. The rewards are not too much and not too little. They satisfied the customers and sustained the product.

2 Luxury Airport Transfers are worth Rs 20K that itself pays for the annual fee and 8 Meet & Greet can cost minimum 16K. Makes sense for luxury/premium travellers.

I'm 95% confident that it won't last a year. By the time we're half-way to renew this card they'll take away and we need to analyze how to get our annual fee 24k with those half-features removed.

For me, they are worth only 2k because main to Uber se hi airport jata hun. I can't afford Luxury transfer on my income. 😛
2500 edge miles are worth 18k in accor. I was thinking for me, the two airport transfers are worth about 3k-4k since that's the amount i generally have to pay to go to the airport in general. 10k Taj voucher is a plus, so even if they remove the airport transfers later, it's still not bad.

always depends on personal use cases. good to know your use cases matches and justified with 24k fee.

20k for 2 airport transfers - where do u plan to go bhai? Mumbai - Delhi for 7k flight tickets and then 20k for airport transfers!
I would have spent the fees on Infinia / Magnus Burgundy money rotation and would have preferred to fly business! 🙂

One-way luxury car (Mercedes E-Class) airport transfer costs Rs 10K which is why Axis removed it from Reserve & Atlas. Personally, I wouldn’t pay for it, but if my card covers it, why not? Magnus Burgundy, if not lifetime free, costs Rs 30K+GST with no renewal benefits. The Rs 20K fee is offset by 2,500 miles and 10K ITC/Taj gift card. For me the real value comes from the airport transfers and meet-and-greet services, as you not only get to experience the luxury yourself but even with your loved ones, especially while travelling with kids or seniors.
