Classic Flipkart delivery scam, friend lost 6k from Rupay CC

This is fraud case not normal chargeback case.

You need to dispute the transaction and it will takes approx 1 year.

where i can file chargeback complaint. and i scamed on telegram they give tasks google map link for rating them if we complete 3 task they give money. after completing 6 tasks they told to submit some money for upcoming tasks. for first 2 paid tasks they give money but on the third tasks they want higher amount to submitted. i submitted 15k + 27k then they told another 40k need to submmited for completing the task then they give 103000. then i got this is a scam because how they transfer 103000 with upi. then i didnot pay 40k and file complaint.

With the bank. If you paid via UPI, you can also go to NPCI and file chargeback.
