Closed axis magus credit card still not closed in cibil

I closed my axis magnus credit card 6 months back, but it is still not closed in cibil. I received a confirmation mail from axis regarding this as well regarding my card closure. Now how do I approach axis bank regarding this, where to mail, etc and if there is any email template regarding this, kindly share. Thanks.

Raise a dispute in cibil . I also solved my pblm the same way .

Yes, this works. Axis has not been removing accounts from CIBIL off late recently (Atleast in my case and now yours too). Premium support and PNO not removing account even on multiple escalations. This simple trick works. CIBIL premium subscription really helps in this case.
