Whats the point of using LTF cards?
I am thinking of moving to paid premium/reward-based cards.
But I don't know if my spend patterns are aligned to the returns that I will get from those cards.
Many spends are not planned as such. So far I have been focussing only on cashback cards.
Need to explore the other side.

These are some of the best cards in the market now. Congrats.
Just asking - Why no cashback cards? and are returns on these cards better than the 5-10% cashbacks on daily spends on CB cards?
Thank you. Cashback cards don’t make much sense for me as International travel gets a major chunk of my total spends. Ultimately I had to move to reward based cards. Plus my parents use add-on cards for home and personal expenses. Now I don’t have to track multiple bills and cashbacks, I accumulate points from their spends and they get premium benefits from my cards. A win-win for everyone.

OK. So your cards matches your expenses. Good.

In my case, I am someone with 0 international travel and very less domestic travel + hotel stays.
So anything related to travel airmiles and hotels is like not required for me.
That's why my focus is on cashback cards and anything between 5-10% + a little bit of lifestyle offers are good enough for me.
