Let's talk about all the credit cards which you have closed so far and also list reason for it.
I have closed
Icici Platinum- Poor Reward points
Axis Flipkart- list of exemptions
Axis Ace - devaluation
Yes Finbooster- never used
Yes Exclusive- Annual Fees
RBL ICON- pathetic reward system for a premium card
Axis Magnus- Reason well known
IDFC Select- upgraded to Wealth

Hehe. Holding just 6. For me, now peace of mind matters more than number, offers, rewards, cashback etc.
BTW.. Forgot to mention Airtel Axis and Amazon Pay 😂
Nice... I believe you are not a surgeon or a cardiologist... (Just pun intended. Didn't meant to be derogatory)

These are some of the best cards in the market now. Congrats.
Just asking - Why no cashback cards? and are returns on these cards better than the 5-10% cashbacks on daily spends on CB cards?
Thank you. Cashback cards don’t make much sense for me as International travel gets a major chunk of my total spends. Ultimately I had to move to reward based cards. Plus my parents use add-on cards for home and personal expenses. Now I don’t have to track multiple bills and cashbacks, I accumulate points from their spends and they get premium benefits from my cards. A win-win for everyone.

Are you bored of collecting credit cards? Your list is really long.

I am thinking of moving to paid premium/reward-based cards.
Someone told me in my early credit card days "If you spend around 50k a month or less than 500k a year, basic and cashback cards are a good fit. Start exploring reward/milestone/travel oriented cards as your spends are in the north of 10 Lacs a year or 100k+ a month. Perfectly made sense back then and even more so nowadays. I suggest a gradual shift with Atlas, Amex Travel (and Regalia Gold) as the starting point.

I was just curious how you obtained IDFC Select and Millennia.
I just maintained my Select card because of its easy to use app and card controls, which only take a few seconds without an OTP and are quite useful when you're in a rush and need to make an urgent payment.
