Sir I lodged a complaint to RBI against city union bank as they declined my CC and did not tell the reason ,now they submit the response by RBI I am attaching.If you have a good payment history bank will always consider and reverse charges. ICICI once reversed 10K+ charges when I made payment to the wrong card by mistake. HSBC, Citi, Kotak everyone reversed charges when I made an occasional payment 2 days late (before the RBI guideline for 3 days grace came in)
As a first step you need to write to SBI CC for the compensation. If they do not provide the same within 30 days you can complaint to RBI ombudsman and also ask for a compensation for not following RBI guidelines.
My questions 1-They are still not telling reason in RBI response what to do?
2- What i should response to BO so that i can get compensation ?
