I have complaint against a loan company with RBI ombudsman for wrong reporting to credit information company. Also demanded compensation because even after multiple correction they again reported incorrect and this all is going for last one year. Loan company has once again corrected my credit report but they are not talking about compensation. They are only asking for consent that my credit report is corrected or not. Should I give my consent that issue has been solved and then demand for compensation or wait for compensation before giving any consent.
