I appreciate you but I want to ask that will RBI ombudsman also take compain against paytm, phonepe also because if they deny then whom to complain and can I first ask to bank in this case. Because charge back was raised by bank it takes 40 days.
You could have shown some appreciation to that detailed comment and others, before posting, "Can anyone provide more information?"

All the required steps and answers were already posted by fellow members. However, you are so adamant that you always refuse to consider anything beyond your prejudiced and ungrateful attitude. The same thing happened with your MCC thread, which we eventually stopped commenting on.

Mark my words, if we can't develop habits like self-learning, gratefulness, open-mindedness, politeness, etc., we can't grow much as individuals, IYKYK, what I mean. Others will not waste their time to offer help, eventually.

You have internet not just to post thread after thread, but also to use it for research purposes. Everything can't be spoon-fed, that too again and again.

I had read thoroughly and once again appreciate for your valuable time in typing those essay😂 but you have not mentioned if we do cc bill payments via third party apps so this transaction comes under card to card transaction or e-commerce transaction as both have diffe TAT for the reversal. Now I think you understand better and I am asking others to share their story if they have experienced the same situation like me and help me to do correct steps. Yes I know you have gyan Ka Bhandar but when gyan combines with experience it works better. I again thank you to clear my maximum doubts by providing valuable time.

You said mcc for credit card bill payment through MobiKwik is 6540. And hdfc confirm the same that it is 6012. Now I file case against you in RBI ombudsman and request for 1 lakh compensation.


Otherwise just give me 10000 compensation now aur Rafa dafa Karo ye mamla yahi🕶️🤣

I had also mentioned to confirm the same with the bank by making a small txn. Chodo kaun behas karein, bhains ke aage been bajaana jaisa hoga, kuch proofs attach kar dete hain, kaas thread banane se pehle khud thoda padhe liye hote...ki MCC kaunsi kaunsi factor pe depend karta, jo hark wakt constant rahe jaruri nahi hota...

Vaise koi ye batao is bar millennia ke points 9 October ko kaise as gaye itni jaldi in 1 year it is fastest I have seen.
 
Look I have asked after his big reply that if any one hace experienced same issue he knows well how to take compensation from RBI I appreciate vishesh bansal knowledge but don't you think that there is no point of view in writing the whole essay and mess up.why you have to waste time here it is not any competition of words. So he can just say in 5 lines only. Aniket told mobikwik mcc 6540 but actually it is 6012 I appreciate him also but I had asked again that because it is matter of 2250 voucher for me. I read somewhere that it is 6012 but confirming the same I posted thread that this will create surity and aniket confused me with 6540 and 6012. I also understand him.


But I am saying now that if you don't like to help me or newly comed members then please ignore the post.

Until now I have not got solution but you only laughing that what happens if paytm deny for compensation is RBI ombudsman has section for complaint of paytm. No one has answered the question. I also apologize for my mistakes and once again thanks to all who do this kind work.

Now I also knows that no one will answer me and only dislikes.

I want to ask I have done transaction on 23 August and refund for that credited on 7 October so as per RBI guidelines I am eligible for 4000 compensation as payment is late by 46 days and compensation of rs100 per day is provided after t+5 days. So I want to ask if Bank has not received money from merchant and merchant kept money for 46 days so in that case who will give compensation Bank or merchant.
if merchant has any policy about delay service with compensation .... then only you are eligible

no policy regarding delay service compensation .... then no compensation, else you can try via a consumer court.

that 100/day compensation is applicable for banks in india only if banks kept your money, even though merchant confirmed txn as cancelled/refunded.
- But not in cases, if txn token expired due to network or technical issues it might be from customer, merchant, payment gateway, issuer bank and acquiring bank.

Please tell what type of my transaction card to card ecom or which type in RBI circular of compensation
card to card txn .... refers amount debited just using card details or card transactions within the card network without bank involvement
example,
1. visa fund transfer (allowed via bank portals or atms only)
2. non 3d secure bins ( currenly phased out in india)
