Concern regarding Magnus Application

Hello All, need your guidance on this. Applied for Magnus around 10 days ago online, CIBIL was hit that very day but since then status hasn't Changed. What to do? Called Customer service they are dumb, they said they don't see anything in the system and asked me to wait

Yes.. I was in the same situation, the status was same for first 12 days and suddenly on 13th day it got approved and got it delivered on 14th day. So I suggest have patience.

I am in the same situation since 23 days.
Application submitted on 15th Nov, KYC done on 16th Nov.
No update in the approval status till date.

dont worry, the status doesnt change on the tracker usually but the card gets delivered in 20 days or so if approved
