Convert ICICI Mine Account to Normal Saving Account

I have ICICI mine account but in this account, Bank don't give me any Pre Approved Offers , So I want to Convert this account to Normal Saving account with MAB 10k but when I go to branch and say to convert this account to ragular saving account with MAB 10k but they denied.

Another Question:- Please suggest me to get pre-approved offers in mine account

i suggest you to file a complaint against the bank because i already have did the same and successfully converted mine to regular

What reason did they say for not converting the account? Btw I also have mine savings account but I got many pre-approved offers (except credit card).

They say , MAB 25k , I don't want to maintain 25k
