Coral RuPay or Rubyx?

I currently have Coral Visa LTF. My question is should I go for Rubyx LTF (which I am eligible) or convert the current Coral Visa to Rupay? which one would be more beneficial?
My spending is mostly around online purchases, grocery and utilities. I use ICICI card only during offers in Amazon or Flipkart and in normal days I use my SBI Cashback CC or HDFC Millennia.

Guys, is icici even issuing coral Rupay right now? Customer service told me “No”. I am struggling to get a god damn Coral Rupay!!
Look how it appears on the website as well!

Get Rubyx LTF. You can get Rupay with BOB Premiere LTF. ICICI has got just 2 cards above Rubyx so upgrade would be easier. Don’t skip Rubyx just for Rupay.

Also, note: AFAIK, ICICI, SBI, HSBC, AMEX has no concept of upgrading cards, they'll give cards you have to choose which one open and which one closed, there is no concept of transferring data from old card to new card (everything is new card).

What I experieced about SBI when I upgraded and then downgraded my card, my data that is Credit Limit and Reward Points carry forwarded by SBI. So the data remain intact for me which I found good for SBI Cards.
