I have ICICI platinum card LTF, now I m getting offer that coral rupay LTF . Is it wise to accept it and close platinum as I don't want many credit account in my history. I m using platinum card mostly to buy in Amazon or Flipkart offers
Will rupay work there

If you're only getting loan offers, contact customer care and get a platinum card on your Amazon Pay Card. Then you will start getting card offers. Otherwise you'll just have your Apay Card.

I would prefer emails. You can get everything done via emails.

@senasenthil above got pre approved card w/o any prior relation with the bank except AP card, same is my case too. Will wait and see for better offers than platinum card 😉

Strangely, Cards and Forex option isn't listed for me in the app. Is it supposed to be on the dashboard that we land on after authentication?
I only have APay card and have no other relationship with the bank.
Under My Cards, I get a standalone option for Apply Now (generic button;not specific to a card variant), which redirects me to the browser page for starting the credit card application requiring me key in all my details.

got coral rupay credit card but I have 2 years old saving account

It used to come for me in the grid.. after logging in to the app. I also had only Apay card.

I actually did end up getting a Rubyx Rupay LTF based on my employer's relationship with the bank - via agent's help, after my attempts to avail cards using generic Apply Now button failed.
Although I was able to get another card somehow, I am still curious as to how pre-approved cards could be availed as well.
