Cred Recharge

It has been 7 days i recharged my brother's fastag with cred and though it's showing successful it's not credited to fastag account and i shared the statement again & again they are not heloing me and denying...
Didn't get any support from cred can you please help me

Why did you take from Cred?

It never failed by cred and didn't take much time that's why i recharged via cred but what should i do now

Fastags have a recharge limit. On Paytm it is 10k for most people. If you have crossed the limit, Paytm will silently decline the payment, and you will get no error msg. Although money will be reversed.

the same thing happened with me before one month so they are denying to refund as per them recharge is successful but i threatened them to put this matter on twitter so they refund me same day. But the same issue happened again so let see this time , how much time they take
