Cred stop giving cashback

Hello everyone, from past 4 day in draw that you will get on CRED after paying 1000 rupyee I am not getting any cashback just coins. Is this thing happening with anyone else? Previously I got atleast 3 rupee for which in three days. I got atleast 9 rupee on three draw per 1000 rupee payment.

I stopped using cred for about a month due to no cashback only coins but yesterday when i tried for 1000rs they started giving cashback again

Are you talking about UPI cashback right? Yes for the last 2-3 days I'm only getting coins. Did atleast 6-7 transactions.

In my personal account I paid 1000 4 to 5 times but in 3 days I did not get even one rupee cashback while in my other account I got cashback. I think they don't give cashback in cred specific account

I can confirm this. Got only coins that too 70-80 for each spin after spending 100 coins for each spin. Scam.

Use CheQ : Credit Bill Payments

1% back as CheQ coins (Max 4000 per month) which can easily be redeemed for 1:1 value as Croma and few other brands vouchers. I myself got a 4k Tata cliq voucher.

Functionality is similar to cred but only credit card bill payments.
I did smaller transactions first since I didn’t trust the app but later have successfully done a few big transactions as well.

I got cashbacks of Rs.9 per Rs.3000 credit card payment (Rs.3 each day) in Feb. Starting March, everything stopped. Got around 2.5k till date.

You are right. Till 7th Mar’23 I got but from yesterday only coins are given

On your NetBanking portal, after logging in, there is 'Billpay & Recharge' section. Click on that, then 'Continue'. It'll redirect you to HDFC Billpay portal. Click on 'Add biller', then select 'Credit card' category. Add your credit card and do the payment via Platinum Debit card after 24 hours of adding the biller. You'll get 1% Cashback after 1 day of transaction.

To check your cashback, login to NetBanking. Click on cards. Then under debit card there is 'Enquire' tab. Under enquire there is 'cashback redemption'. Click on that. You'll be able to see your cashback under 1% category. You can redeem 1:1 after accumulating ₹250.
