Credit Bill Payment Via BBPS can be reversed

Its been 22 days Hdfc has still not reversed that 2L payment 😅

Aap kitne karke baithe hain? Ya Bas HDFC mein ?🙂

Charges levied on my card account as resersal was done on 20th Nov but due date was 12 Nov (I repaid on 20 Nov)

⦁ GST – Rs. 819.33

But i was able to reverse the charges 😉

Happened to me this week

November 9: Paid 34471 to HDFC card from sbiunipay using idfc select dc. Instantaneously received message "Dear HDFC cardmember, 34471 credited to your cc ending with xxxxxx"

November 12: Due date

November 19: Recieved message : 'Payment of amount 34471 was reverted back. Kindly pay urgently". Checked the statement, the amount that was recieved was reverted. Went to unipay, the transaction was showing failed. Checked idfc account statement, no debit even occured.

Nov 20: Paid the bill again

Nov 22: New statement. Financial charge of Rs 1635.

4.28L , none have been reversed
Have paid the resp amt so no tension even if reversed
Next bill has been gen with -ve O/S

Koi na aap khudse pay karte rahiye nahi toh finance charges lagte rahega, baar baar token of appreciation / goodwill/ one time gesture/ ke name pe waive off nahi karenge..🙂

Apko reversal aapka fault nahi tha iss liye nahi diya, do check your e-mail, galti aapka hi tha ek baar maaf kar dete (token of appreciation ke name pe) hain pehlee kabhi default nahi kiye the, is sense mein kara 🤣
