every time we need to buy a new gift card and register? can we reload the existing gift card with 5K/10K?

Gift card is one time load card, you can't reload again (only refund will credit, if transaction failed or cancelled)

Prepaid card is reloadable card.

Zingoy RuPay prepaid card (mini kyc) monthly 10k limit. No limit for reload money. Yeh 1.5% charges and 5% cashback for SBI Cashback card.

Now I also tried zingoy RuPay gift card, working perfectly on Amazon wallet load.

Note - sometimes zingoy RuPay gift card delivered within 48hrs or sometimes instant.

Yes, 1st time it was delivered in 8hrs, now 2nd one is pending from 20hrs

If you haven't received automated call then you need to call SBI customer care to get the card unblocked (working hours: 8 AM to 6PM)

It’s such a pain. i Also don’t receive automated cal and have to call customer care and spend 10-15 min

If this issue doesn’t get sorted, I may not even renew it next year

The status in zingoy shows that order will be delivered in 0-3 hours but still did not receive any thing in my email or an sms. Does anyone know how long it takes to generate? Contact on WhatsApp. I did that, they asked for sms of payment to be shared and within few minutes they issued giftcard. Looks like this is always done manually from there end

I think many users are start buying. Normally payment will settled within 2-3 days. These small websites/apps dnt have crores of rupees to invest on zingoy RuPay gift card loading, i guess they are waiting for payment settlement and then loaded money on your Zingoy RuPay gift card.
