Credit card apply in non serviceable area

I would like to know if there is any way to get a credit card which shows PIN code not serviceable when I try applying online

I would like to know if there is any way to get a credit card which shows PIN code not serviceable when I try applying online

Use a friends or relatives address as in most cases banks don't ask for proof if you have good credit history or you can open a savings account and get the card on pre-approved basis.
