since the month of october 2023 im using a icici bank coral card. Since the past one month recovery agents have been coming to my residence for payment so i asked them give me a day to check my statements. So i exported fy23 24 statement and it shows that transactions made and statement generated do not add up to the same value. I wrote a email to their greivance redressal they said its computer generated hence they are fool proof. Today morning a guy called himself an RM even had bank id came to my place to verify the bill i received and bill from their backend they said some transactions are missing in my bill but the transactions have been made. They asked me to give them 2 3 days and then ill be asked to come to the head office of my city (kolkata) and resolve this issue. What should i do? (I have already filed a complaint through ombudsman)
