Credit Card bill generated of 87k statements add to 30k

since the month of october 2023 im using a icici bank coral card. Since the past one month recovery agents have been coming to my residence for payment so i asked them give me a day to check my statements. So i exported fy23 24 statement and it shows that transactions made and statement generated do not add up to the same value. I wrote a email to their greivance redressal they said its computer generated hence they are fool proof. Today morning a guy called himself an RM even had bank id came to my place to verify the bill i received and bill from their backend they said some transactions are missing in my bill but the transactions have been made. They asked me to give them 2 3 days and then ill be asked to come to the head office of my city (kolkata) and resolve this issue. What should i do? (I have already filed a complaint through ombudsman)

you could, if you want to but it seems like a waste of time. Complain to PNO again and say that you have not received any documented proof which requires you to pay extra and tell them to provide it.

The missing transactions need to be in the statement, there's no proof you've done them. Escalate the issue and ask for the transactions that they're talking about and also verify wether it is a case of fraud or you've actually done those transactions.

Even if you have done it, it needs to be in the statement. Does the due amount includes those transactions?

yes in their words. they are saying the due amount is the same its jus that the transactions made are missing in the statement

so how can the bill include those transactions that are not present? This discrepency is not your fault even though you're supposed the pay the money at the end of the day but they cannot charge you for the issues at their end. Maybe ask for interest waiver or take the RBI angle
