Credit card bill payment issue for BOB

The due date of my credit card was on 5th Dec. I paid my full credit card payment on 2nd Dec. Despite that, I have been consistently receiving emails, phone calls and SMS from BOB saying that the payment is not done yet, and it may impact on your CIBIL score and may put you in the default category.
I paid my bill through Mobiquick, and also it displays as receiving in the BOB statement.
Not sure why this 1st time I am getting these calls and messages.
Also, BOB customer care is not picking up the call.

Is anyone else also here experiencing something the same? Please let me know your thoughts

Thanks

It was done on the same date 2nd dec, and got settled within few minutes after my payment
if the payment is getting reflected on the bob website/app as credited, then there is no need to worry. just make sure that you have a screenshot of this credit transaction.
send an email to the crm team about the caller's number and your payment transaction id along with screenshot of the statement where payment is shown, just for record keeping purposes. ask them to clarify if and when they have received the payment.
amd next time you receive a call, ask them to send an email.

Thanks for the reply and the suggestion. Do you have any idea which number works well and can be connected easily to the credit card guy over there for any clarification? Because I have tried so many and nothing worked for me
