Credit card bill payment using Burgundy and Indusind exclusive debit cards not getting points anymore

Now are there any debit cards which give points for credit card bill payment ?

since May or June 2024, IndusInd exclusive debit card and Axis Burgundy debit card are not giving points for credit card bill payment.

The debit card statement shows 0 points for credit card bills paid using Axis Burgundy and Indusind exclusive debit card on apps like Cheq, etc

Most of the apps have been barred from reward points on recent transactions using burgundy found everywhere it was updated as 6012

Unfortunately Paytm is not supporting any credit card bill payment of Axis Bank, because of the new RBI rule.
Axis Bank is not BBPS complaint

Ya not taking at present due to non migration to BBPS but should start accepting soon as Axis doesn’t have any other option being mandatory. Till last week Paytm wasn’t accepting payments for HDFC cards as well but now happening.

I use paytm to pay HDFC and IndusInd bills only. For others HDFC bill pay.

MCC code of Cheq is shown as insurance MCC 6300 and 6012

This is the premium experience reply--
"We understand that you have not received reward points for transactions that were done using your Burgundy debit card. We wish to inform you that the points are given basis the merchant category code(MCC) under which each transaction is categorized.
The transaction for which the points are not credited which falls under Insurance category, where the MCC are 6300 and 6012. Therefore, we regret to inform you that the transactions using your debit card, are not eligible for earning reward points. We request your understanding in this regard"

did u get reward points or cashback for using Paytm to pay for HDFC?

Stopped paying through Paytm as they started charging service tax so paying through MobiKwik. Burgundy not giving points, AU too has stopped since last month but SBI still gives reward points.
