Credit Card bill payment using UPI id request

Hi. I want to pay my HDFC Regalia Visa credit card bill using UPI id payment request method.
Is it possible to be done?
The UPI id will be of my friend and it's linked to normal bank account. Not any Rupay UPI credit card.

( I am paying SCAPIA credit card bill using this method as they have the option in their own app in payment section. )

Alternate is to choose Credit Card bill payment option in GPay, PhonePe, etc and add my HDFC Regalia card number and make the payment.
But through UPI id request it'll be much easier.

Please suggest if there are any options.
