Credit card bill payment via mobikwik is pending for last 5hours.

I have paid 10000rs onecard bill on mobikwik app via cred upi.Money debited from bank ac, but the bill payment is pending since last 5-6 hours.
Mobikwik twitter support is giving automated reply.Worst ever payment app with worst customer support.Can anyone help?

Exactly, we can borrow money from others but we can't borrow CIBIl score from others !!

Yup. He can settle borrowed money by giving some interest but cibil settlement will take 7 years. Just to protect my cibil score i did everything and removed all the inquiries made by banks this year. I got three cards this year and zero cibil hits.

That's it. When it's time to pay, I pay. Your choice of date of payment is entirely up to you provided you are:
1. Paying your dues
2. Paying your dues within the stipulated time.

Ideally, one should not be forced to a single choice when there are multiple choices available. But, you learn from experience. Don't stress too much about it. Just pay using in-app to clear your dues and once your Mobikwik transaction settles, OneCard should ideally reverse it to your bank account provided in the app. Don't overthink as it's not worth it.

rewards should be looked as a side benefit

Bro don't wait for refund. Do a 2nd payment from onecard app directly and if you don't have the money than borrow it from someone then return when you get refund from mobikwik.

i don't think mobikwik will refund, i think he will be credited twice in this scenario.

Well not for me. I mainly use for discounts. I started credit card only for discounts on flight back in 2020/21. Since then using for discounts & rewards.

if you would have done the payment via debit card or mobikwik upi
probably the transaction would have settled instantly or much sooner

I used cred upi because I made payment from idfc first bank ac, which is newly opened.If i link idfc upi now, bank will limit it to 5000 for 24hrs.

Update: The pending bill payment finally failed and Mada*ch*d Mobid*ck issued the refund after 12hours.Idfc first bank also credited the money to my ac instantly.Now, it is the time to uninstall the worst ever payment app.
