use third party Apps like Paytm/Cred/Mobikwik but normal reward rahe will apply. Also there is cap of 750 reward points in a month overall not just for Bill Desk payments.
assuming we are talking about Easyshop Platinum Debit Card.

amitbindal451 Sir, now sure about mobikwik as I am not using any of these medium. I pay HDFC Bill from HDFC netbanking itself. There are threads with details do check them out your query should be answered.

It's working now. I just tried paying my IDFC FIRST Bank credit card bill of ₹50 using my Platinum Debit Card in the HDFC Mobile Banking app, and got no error this time. The payment status was also reflected instantly at IDFC's end.

From last week onwards I'm trying to pay credit cards bill through hdfc bill pay.... But nothing getting paid.... I tried many Bank credit cards but same error coming everytime... (Can't process now please try again later or technical issues) even i tried contacting Bank but they to don't have solution.... Mine is new UI of hdfc.. please provide any solution for this.... And all my added credit cards r under verification pending only.... Don't know when it will get verified....

I am not able to pay credit card bills on hdfc portal or app using my easyshop platinum DC. I have already added axis and icici credit cards few months ago and are active. Everytime I am getting payment failed error even with Rs 1 payment.
