Credit Card for Payments for Gas Cylinder Booking Back again on Airtel App

I was trying to pay gas bill but now it doesn't show credit card option.
Not even Axis Airtel credit card which I got last month only lol.

Recently Airtel removed DC option for cc bill payment. Now they removed cc option fr gas booking. This will make Airtel axis redundant.

For every rupay plat dc we've to pay min annual fee of 300(approx) incl gst ,yes there r very few cards offered as LTF

If we take annual fee into consideration the monthly value back reduces from 100 to 75 approx (1200-300)/12
So, Airtel card gives more than this and 25% on Airtel recharges so the AF of 590 can be easily recovered
If we get rupay plat dc as LTF then it completely make sense
I'd say the rupay plat dc is best for txn value upto 500

Lol, Gas payment is Utility. If it's not actually a bug and it's truly removed, then surely it's going to affect new people from taking the card.

In order to know whether it's a bug or not please escalate it via twitter. I already done it. RM called me and they escalated it. If everyone do the same then we get the resolution.

You please send the concern to axis support twitter by mentioning that while doing the Gas booking payment only we are not able to see see the CREDIT CARD payment OPTION. So they will contact the airtel merchant.

And on the payment page there's no airtel axis. 🫨

I tweeted both but axis contacted me only. And I sent the concen via inbox twitter. If it is a permanent removal then axis will revert on that. Else they will surely escalate this to airtel merchant. Because it will affect the airtel axis credit card users

I use 30th January morning it's accepting CC for utility, same day at night it's not showing I thought it's some bug. I use Flipkart pay for utility.

Now one friend call me and asked, then I checked community.. it's not only for me . Even it's not bug .. they even not accepting airtel axis also! How we will receive 250 cashback in utility?

This is ridiculous.If they remove cc option and that too Axis Airtel where utility payment cashback is already capped then card remains redundant.

I really didn't understand why they remove the option for gas booking only. If it's a sign of devaluation they can apply it to the whole utilities. ??

This is not devaluation, this is fraud axis Bank offered card that give discount on using Airtel thanks app but airtel removed the cc option mthat makes the card useless go to consumer court you'll get compensation
