Credit card Giving maximum points on mygate society maintainance payment

Hello All, with all the devaluations, is there any card which gives positive ROI for payment of mygate society maintainance?

Can anyone confirm how many days it take payment to reflect on society account if payment made by mygate using debit card.

Asking because receipt is generated for society dues paid but still not credited in society account. Payment done on 8th April Afternoon.

Here is my calculation for making 10K payment on MyGate using AGV bought from SmartyBuy using Infinia:

AGV	Total Payment	Reward Points	Effective Payment	MyGate	Net Gain	Net Gain %
10000​	10295​	1650​	8645​	9770 + 230 GST	9770 - 8645 = 1125	1125 / 9770 = 11.5%

Pls correct me if this calculation is wrong.

Plus I have HDFC Regalis CC and IDFC Wealth DC and CC.

My Payment amount is 33660 in MyGate and via APAY it shows 34553.67 inc. everything = 893.67 Rs. (2.66%) Extra .

Which would be best to use?

No its for whole year. Paying as an advanced maintenance charges. Once in an year.

Question is with any CC I will pay 34450Rs.
it will be 2.35% charges.

With amex travel plat also will be paying around 800 more.
and MR will be 673 only. = will not get positive return.

Don’t pay directly, better buy AGV and use it on MyGate.

Yes right now going with APAY option . Further it will be problem for lot of things as Amex has restricted 10000/month for APAY.
