Credit card Portfolio Optimization/Suggestions - Reduce cards

Please correct me if this is not the right place to ask this question.
I wanted experts opinion on my current portfolio and the changes that I'm gonna make, but wanted to validate before doing all this.

I want to reduce the number of cards, even if it's LTF like one card and stuff, so that it's easy to maintain

My Portfolio:

HDFC
Inifinia - Main card
Swiggy HDFC - Planning to close it as going to buy voucher via Smartbuy
HDFC UPI - Unless there is a better card for UPI going to keep the same, any suggestions here?

ICICI
Amazon Pay - Going to close it, and buy vouchers from now on
ICICI Platinum - Going to close it, I got this initially for sale offers, but I recently got Sapphiro
ICICI Sapphiro Dual - LTF - just got it, planning to keep it for sale offers.
Note: I can keep the Platinum if both Sapphiro and Platinum will be reported as same account in CIBIL, but doesn't look like it

Amex
Platinum Travel - Just got it, very tempted to go for Trifecta, but should I wait before applying for other cards, I'm getting mixed feedbacks here

Axis
LTF MyZone for sale offers

SBI
No cards for now, I had Prime card 2 years ago, but closed it, post that wanted to get SBI cashback but got rejected once, so i'm planning to get a basic SBI card with high acceptance rate just for sale offers, any suggestions?

Others
AU Lit - Going to close it
One card - Going to close it

HDFC
Close HDFC RuPay UPI card and get tata neu Infinity or IndusInd Platinum RuPay

ICICI
Don't close amazon Pay card, it is the best card for high value purchases in amazon for which loading wallet is hard due to the cap
Close ICICI Platinum unless its your first card (since its LTF doesn't really matter)

Amex
Since you've recently got card, use it for sometime and understand its acceptability issues. If you are fine with it, go ahead and get the trifecta.

SBI
SBI Simply Click/Save which offer fee wavier at lower spends, even SBI BPCL card.

AU
AU will not give you another card if you close this. Rather keep this card, useful for merchant offers and anyway the card is LTF without any boosters.

OneCard
Same with OneCard too, you will not be able to get OneCard again. Any way its an useless card

Inifinia - Main card --- Amazing keep it
Swiggy HDFC - Planning to close it as going to buy voucher via Smartbuy - can close, no issues keeping LTF, during sales may get double dip
HDFC UPI - Unless there is a better card for UPI going to keep the same, any suggestions here? - take HDFC tata Neu Infinity

ICICI
Amazon Pay - Going to close it, and buy vouchers from now on - LTF card, can keep for sales

Mark my answer as solution if you like it and are satisfied. Happy to answer followup queries

With Infinia being there, I beg to differ on the value of getting Tata Neu infinity as folks are suggesting, unless you get it as LTF.

My experience was that most of the merchants have disabled CC on UPI. And for Tata websites, like Croma, BB etc, there are Infinia vouchers and else Amazon pay also as payment option. And for offline Infinia gives better tha Tata Neu.

So I would suggest to keep all LTF cards other than your Infinia and Amex. Close other paid if you aren't extracting value.

I recently expanded portfolio beyond my Infinia and Amazon pay CC to
1) Airtel axis (fyf) - easy net value of 5500 (for me) to 11500 out of the card annually depending on spends.
2) Got Tata neu infinity Fyf and then closed it for above reasons
3) Got BobOne LTF (for future when all paid cards get devalued). Also just liked the looks of it
4) Got LTF millenia for wife to initiate her into CC world (as she only had add-ons otherwise)

I am sure depending on your spend pattern, other experts may suggest certain paid cards as well to extract more value.

Thanks @ManojGowda, @SuperKnight for the very detailed answer, much appreciated.

I tried SBI SimplyClick after reading both your replies, unfortunately it's rejected again 🤣

I have also closed my one OneCard.
I didn't know about the AU thing, where they won't reissue ever again, thanks for that point, so before closing, I just sent a mail asking for Zenith LTF(I know there are posts saying Zenith discontinued, but tried just in case). I'll try just in case or else will close and live without it.

I will be closing my ICICI Platinum card once the Sapphiro starts reflecting in the CIBIL just to be sure it's a different account in CIBIL, if it's the same account I don't have any issues holding it.

Thanks @infinia_finally for giving me the idea that I could go without Rupay CC as well. Idk for some reason I thought Rupay CC was a must, but now that I actually evaluate my needs, I don't think it is - the only time I use UPI is for short Ola/Uber rides, so I guess I can skip UPI CC for now.
