Credit card to bank transfer @ 1.5% including Amex. Could be helpful for achieving spends milestones on Amex cards.

Enter the amount (daily limit is 15k for me, maybe user-specific)

Transaction priority: Same day

Payment method: Wallet 1. Pay via Phonepe. You can use Amex card to load on Phonepe on the fly.

Total charges: Rs. 390.08+GST (for Rs. 15K spends)

You can pay 50% charges from reward balance. You can get reward balance by paying CC bills on Snapy.

Total txn on credit card : Rs. 14775.75.

Total amount received on bank: Rs 14551.5

Total charges: Rs. 224.25 (~1.52%)

Keep repeating this daily.

Not many are interested in paying extra 1.5% so this won't be patched soon like other loopholes where we did for free in the past. But all these things will go away one day and new one will come the next day so don't worry. But this one was indeed a good one. Thanks to @Arseon
