Hello I have a Samsung infinite Creditcard used to load in the paytm wallet after wallet load transaction sms shown as a withdrawn please tell me is this consider As a offline withdrawal?

No, it won't be considered as offline withdrawal. Axis needs to change its choice of words. I also received a similar kind of message when I added my card to payzapp.
