There could be more like Add-Ons for HSBC Cashback, Indus Ind Pinnacle etc. wherever it says Add-On cards shared same benefits as Primary.

None of the mentioned cards along with Infinia have complimentary Lounge access for Guests.

Only few credit cards like Axis Magnus, Reserve provide access for Guests on Priority pass but not at Domestic lounges.
Among Debit Cards, IDFC Wealth & IndusInd Pioneer have free Domestic lounge access for Guests with some caps.
