CRIF shows different user LOAN account(default)

Previously Si Creva Capital and Now Crif have a different loan account from TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and with same name, different address, email and mobile with loan amount about 20,000 is default result in huge crif scroe drop.

is it possible to have duplicate PAN or someone using my pan to apply for these loans? if the pan is different, why loans are appearing in my profile?

i really need help in this.

Raise 'report error' in CRIF/Experian , they'll surely help.

These agencies don't handle the data accurately, that's why sometimes we see different mistakes in report.

In my case, Axis CC limit wasn't updated in Experian. Complaint there & it was resolved. It was mistake of Experian.

CRIF shouldn't exist in an ideal world. It's a disgrace they've been approved by RBI. In my mind, I've flogged them to bruises a thousand times.

There should be a single system for this, government backed. really hard to check and manage these things.

@aryanraj, Was your issue resolved? I'm seeing the same in my crif report, a random loan of 1300 which has been due since August last year. I have been checking my credit score on cibil regularly, where I don't see this loan. My crif score has gone down from around 800 to 500 and I'm fuming. Please let me know if you got a resolution to your complaint.
Also, the bloody crif website doesn't work properly to raise a dispute.
