Currency conversion using Magnus towards milestone benefit?

If we use Magnus at a currency exchange like bookmyforex, Thomas cook or any offline vendors, will that be counted towards monthly milestone?

No its Affluent Burgundy Private, Reserve, Magnus all are called HNI/Affluent.

Point no.7. Magnus is not in that list. This is in line with the mail I received from Axis Bank.

I had written to their premium experiences DL and I got the below response. So it should be considered because currency conversion does not fall into any of these. They also mention that Onus transactions are excluded so its possible that they exclude it if I use the Magnus to load a forex card issued by Axis Bank.

I also feel this transaction is not a utility.

"We would like to inform you that all the spends done shall be eligible to earn EDGE REWARD points except the below mentioned transactions:

o Cash advances

o Any onus transactions , EMI transactions.

o Financial charges (e.g; late payment fee, dishonoured cheque charges, service fee, transaction charges)

o Any purchases made at petrol pumps/ service stations

I had used magnus for buying forex online at bookmyforex but do not see any points for the said transaction. Whats the email id where I could enquire?

No & the email conversation continues with Axis executives - They have done nothing after 1 month of back & forth emails. First hand experience of reputation of axis customer care & its been as bad as its called out to be!
Interestingly it came under fin. Inst. in the statement

You know axis customer care. Nothing has been done 2 months after I raised the query & I m looking at good chunk of points from the transaction so I haven't given up too 🙂.

You know how axis works right? I have exchanged multiple emails with PNO - still they are in denial! I have given up after a while
