Customer ID of HSBC Credit Card Account

Hi, I am being spammed a lot by HSBC on emails and for unsubscribing it asks for customer ID along with other details.

Does anyone know where to find it in app/website for CC accounts. Or other ways to unsubscribe from their promotional mails.

Mark as 'spam' or use filters to move directly trash automatically when received - If email doesn't allow me to unsubscribe, this is what I do.

Benefit: In some days out of blue if they sent some good offer, it still available in Spam to check rather completely not known. Each has own advantage though.

Hi Just call HSBC Credit card helpline 18002673456 and ask the customer care person customer ID, they will provide the details, i Just got the same and unsubscribed. Please note customer ID is not available to HSBC credit card customer to view it is with bank employee only so you would need to call.

Yes had done the same. Unfortunately the mails never stopped after unsubscribing for some 10 times

Thanks for this. I got the customer id and have unsubscribed but it says it will take 10 working days to take effect.
The emails from HSBC were unrelated and very annoying, sometimes 3-4 emails per day.
