Delay on the points credit - Travel Edge magnus

Hi All,
I have got airline tickets on travel edge on Feb 11st, till now the points are not credit on my account. Before it used to be very fast. Anyone else facing the same issue?

haven’t got 4x for transaction done 3 weeks back.. i haven’t got for grabdeals november, giftedge november.. tired of checking and following up.. will just wait now..

it`s weird, my normal points are being credited but not 4x travel edge as of now from the last month. Maybe they forgot it lol

Accelerated points are supposed to be credited with 90-120 days right?

Before it was credited in less than 10 days.

I have received 5X reward points after a month and it came together as I booked multiple tickets. ALL came as 5X!

Yes, it seems that they lost the track about crediting the x4 points on travel edge within 1 week. I got it on the beggining of feb and till now, nothing.

Travel dates are end August.
