Did anybody try ClubOpinions to complete survey and get points from Accor?

Anybody tried this? Do we need to use proxy for location outside india to do these surveys from Accor?

Or is it like those surveys to get 25--30 Intermiles?
How many Accor points are given per survey and how long does it take?
