Digital account, Zero balance with UPI account

Hello ,

One of my friend will be back India.
He doesn't have any account with UPI.

So he wants to open an account digitally and want to avail UPI.

Please suggest.
Also without much calls from Banker or agent

Kotak 811 is very stable N dependable. No compulsory physical DC or cheque book. Always on. Trouble free UPI Trxns any time. Good customer care team.

I am using it as my main UPI channel. I recommend it - based on my own 9 months experience - more than moderate use.

They charge ₹5 + GST per month. Branches support will be a concern

When would these charges be expected to apply/ hit the account?

Take sms charge.. sometime transaction fail..

Is that in addition to 5 Monthly? Which is charged when?

If the balance is zero for entire month they will not charge, but if you add money , they will take rs 5.9.

Not gonna work.. they will put your fee at hold & debit next day..

If you want a free rupay platinum, open a bsbda account in yes bank.. their giving rupay platinum for free..
