Discussion related to Transfer Partners in Axis Traveledge

You can do a international trip using 90k ER. But obviously for single. The trip which is on top of my mind is Singapore.

Currently Krisflyer is running Summer escapes. So, you can book Economy return flight for 35k ER points(which translates to 28k Krisflyer points).
So your ticket is done for 35k ER points + some taxes.

Now, you are left with 55k ER points. Transfer this to Accor and you will get 44k Accor points which is equivalent to 880Euro(~78k INR). With this amount you can easily stay for a week in some Ibis hotel, novotel hotel for 4-5 nights. And you can also have dinner in the same hotel where you are staying and redeem.

So, it's quite possible to go for a foreign trip(Singapore) with 90k ER points. You need to take care of lunch and local transportation(Singapore metro pass is some 20SGD out of which 10SGD is refundable) and other activities that you are planning.
Fair point. Single probably can be done. But still tight. Having done Singapore as part of a larger trip last month, I can vouch though these Summer Escapes look appealing very few may be able to utilize it as you wont like to keep the bookings till the last few days especially for Krisflyer. Dates too are challenges many times. For the hotels. I found better value in IHG transfers + cash bookings.

In Singapore the travel and stay incidentally are not the biggest expenses but the activities themselves are quite expensive. So if one intends to cover many things a good budget would be needed even if booking via Klook.

VISA rejection rates . The most important part of a Europe tour
Agree on Visa rejection but if your application is strong it doesn't get rejected. For self employed, un employed, business professionals - I have heard higher rejection. On top of that if your itenary is messy that can also cause rejection.

Schengen is probably the worst visa out there now. Shitheads. Twitter is full of horror stories. I think its mostly SE asia for me and family for some years till they digitize the application process.
They are living in lala land. Their economy is doomed and germany is also going down. I once told a french steward in a plane when he dint wish me and other indians that we are much richer than you and have a better life. Then called him 3 times during the flight for one or the other reason.

Also, people there are stressed due to high living cost - rent, food, taxes. Work life balance is a joke. One should add house work + office time and then compare it to just office time in india (we have house help)

In india we are blessed . People just dont know it yet

Can anyone please share if they have received ITC points if transferred between 15 - 17 June ?

I had initiated some transfers, but received none of them during this period unlike the earlier credit period of 2-3 working days.
It took 5 days for my latest transfer done on 12th June credited on 17th June

ITC credits their points weekly every Friday night. Since you did the transfer on Sat, you will get it by coming Sat morning.
Not necessarily though I did receive a credit on Monday night/Tuesday morning for the transfer initiated on Friday in the month of May.

I don't agree with statement in this post.
Till date, no customer care is better than Amex in my view.
No one even comes closer to them
