Dispatch and delivery issue of new credit card of HDFC

Recently, applied for HDFC cc. It was instantly approved and was ready to use after 5 hours, though virtually.
I received approval plus set pin sms also along with email stating - card will be delivered within three days.

But after 7 days of approval, I didn't receive any sms / email intimation.
Meanwhile I have received one post office tracking ID but not sure whether it is of HDFC cc or something else.

Note: I have not activated the card yet.

Kindly suggest what should I do.

HDFC card usually comes through BlueDart. Location will be from Chennai.
