Do you think ARM will replace X86-64 Intel, AMD processors in desktops and servers?

My own experience lately is that AMD is offering excellent multi-core performance and battery life of even my AMD gaming laptops has been way superior to Intel's gaming laptops

The shift from x86-64 to ARM processors in desktops and servers is gaining momentum, but it is unlikely to fully replace Intel and AMD just yet. ARM offers power efficiency and strong performance, making it ideal for mobile devices and specific server applications. However, x86-64 still dominates legacy software and high-performance computing.
Intel and AMD have both announced that they will drop legacy software support in their next processors.

Intel is now proposing a brand new architecture which is referred to as x86S and is basically a 64-bit mode-only architecture that removes all previous legacy support.

The only drawback of Android is that its apps are not designed for a desktop UI. If Google provides good incentives to developers, it could be possible.
