How to get DBS Spark 5 or Bajaj 5X card as LTF?

Does DBS bank offer LTF cards?

By having their bank accounts from long time. They are only offered as preapproved AFAIK. I got Spark 5 after holding the account for almost 7 years. Not sure of the exact number of years/months required to be eligible though.
But why the sudden interest? Are there any exclusive offers running on this card? I'm struggling to find any use for this one.

Nice, even I got it for the same reason. Plus it's somewhat exclusive(not in terms of rewards unfortunately)

Rewards are useless similar to LTF card. So I was hoping to get it LTF but not sure how. BOB cards show LTF only while applying.
@CreditCardFino DBS offers two types of core cards - Spark and Vantage.
Spark has three variants - Spark 5, 10, and 20.
Vantage also has three variants, although it is not heavily advertised.
Vantage is not available as a lifetime free (LTF) card and is available for Treasures account holders as Paid.
On the other hand, Spark can be LTF for specific cases, such as savings account holders or salary account holders.
I have seen they usually offer Spark5 or 10 as LTF. However, it is more difficult to get Spark 20 (even as a paid card).
