Does emailing support.unipay@sbi.co.in help?

EDIT ---- On November 8th, Friday, around 8pm I got the credit back to my bank account

I used SBI Unipay on November 1st to pay my SBI cash back credit card. Money was promptly withdrawn from my source bank account but never reached the credit card.

Then I go to the customer portal and I see this (attached screenshot) View attachment 73933

First, it says 29-Oct-2024 ??? How, I made the transaction on November 1st ... Anyway, so it failed.

When I click on "Raise Complaint", it says "Transaction not found" and not letting me raise a complaint on the SBI Unipay website. View attachment 73934

So I email support.unipay@sbi.co.in and I immediately get back a couple of emails saying

with an error of




What happens now? When can I expect my Rs. 40172 back in my source bank account? Will it happen automatically? I couldn't find any phone number either
Good that you received your amount back, I am waiting for mine.

Just a query - Although looks like you have mentioned wrong date, as your post edited on 08 nov 12 am, so your refund must be on 07 nov thrusday 8 pm.
 
I tried paying my cc bill of 25k , my money is deducted but there is no record of any transaction on SBI Unipay website.

I can see in HDFC account statement , the RefNo/Cheque No details but SBI unipay websote have no details. What should I do ?
I cant find my transaction in SBI Unipay website? Should i wait for 4 working days? My CC payment is also not received

Welcome to the waiting league...wait for 4-5 days and you will get payment back
 
In earlier post you said today is 7th day
Yes, if you count 7 to 13, including both days, then count is 7, similarly till today 15 nov (7 to 15 including both days) count is 9th day today.

That's why I mentioned 7th day in my 13 nov post.

I mention there also, that I paid on last Thursday.

Should I wait more? As today is 9th day( if we include both days - today and payment day)?
 
Yes, if you count 7 to 13, including both days, then count is 7, similarly till today 15 nov (7 to 15 including both days) count is 9th day today.

They haven't released the refund yet for 7th nov failed transection mine is also pending

Technically your mail won't do any impact on refund time but for safer side and documentation of you want you can mail them

I have also mailed SBI unipay and my source bank today, just to have some documentation, in case there will some issue in future.

Although no system generated auto acknowledged mail received from unipay.

One more thing as I have made excess payment, so in my failed payment receipt, amount mentioned is last bill due amount, which i already paid before this failed payment, weird?

Still no revert by SBI on my mail, hdfc reverted but gave timeliness till 13 Jan 25 to resolve the issue
