Hii everyone I am holding a legend cc & today I had visited IndusInd branch today in bhopal. I asked the executive about the 0 bal offer for select account for legend credit card holder but she declined that none offer exists like this for 0 bal mab select. She said that with a select account I am eligible for a legend card. I tried convincing her that other people in the online community got the 0 bal select account after getting legend cc so she called their senior executive and he also denied the same.
The BM was unavailable today so can’t get a chance to talk with him. She is asking for the registered mob no or acc no of the someone who got this offer to check herself. Which I didn’t had. She asked me to drop an email to reachus@indusind.com to check my query which I already did but awaking reply from their end.
Then I visited another branch today for the same same thing but they denied immediately that they don’t issue 0 bal/ mab select account and 0 bal/ exclusive account against legend/ pinnacle.

Need help on how to proceed with this..
Kindly provide me any lead or concrete information that this offer exists on their website it’s not clearly mentioned.
Do I need to contact nodal officer for this ??

Hi all. As in the video @TechnoFino dada has told us that the IndusInd Pinnacle Credit Card comes with an offer of a Zero MAB Signature Exclusive Bank Account. Does this offer still hold to be true? Video-

As the BM was denying (didn't show him this mail yet) had raised it with Nodal Officer anyway on 20th June. They have quoted 7 working days, waiting.

We are on the same boat brother. The executive here is saying if I had any contact of Indus employee who have this info on this offer she is ready to ask or if any friend here got the offer she can check with the registered mob no or acc no. If anyone here can provide this info I will be very helpful.
@TechnoFino da need you help / intervention in this matter please 🙏🏻.

See,
Select account was offered with legend and exclusive account with Pinnacle.
You won't get exclusive with legend,even the one's in the community who have got the account got the select variant.
As of now they have removed the legend card holder will get select account thing from the website but it is still present in the soc of the select account (I have attached the pdf below).
Whereas for Pinnacle it's mentioned on website as well as in soc about exclusive.

Try showing her this PDF.
Last time when I visited the branch I confirmed from the employee about exclusive account with Pinnacle and the employee confirmed it. Not sure about legend.

Yes I showed her this as well but she and one more of her colleague sitting nearby saying that with a select account I am eligible for a legend card … also she is saying where it’s written that 0 mab is mentioned. I can open the account with 50k required balance / amb.
If anyone here opened the account in their branch kindly message me your relation executive no. Thanks

What logic r they giving,
Then why didn't you asked them why was it mentioned in AMB section and why not seperately if this account makes me eligible for legend card😑.

I got it clearly bro but the branch executives are taking it otherwise here not just one but two branch executives.

offline branches are useless in this case, email pro or grievance team, they will take care.
legend card - 0 amp select
Pinnacle- 0 amb exclusive

I am the one who has got 0 Balance Select account with Legend card .
First of all , this isnt an offer . This is an eligibility clearly listed in the SOC of Select Account . If your BM/Bank Employee cant read it , it's their Problem .

If you hold a Legend CC , Your NMC (Non-Maintenance Charges) is waived off in Select Account . (MAB is 50k)
Similarly , If you hold a Pinnacle CC , Your NMC (Non-Maintenance Charges) is waived off in Exclusive Account . (MAB is 1L)
