Does IndusInd Pinnacle Credit Card still offer Zero MAB Signature Exclusive?

Hi all. As in the video @TechnoFino dada has told us that the IndusInd Pinnacle Credit Card comes with an offer of a Zero MAB Signature Exclusive Bank Account. Does this offer still hold to be true?

No need to ask them, just link your account with your Pinnacle CC, and it will become effectively zero MAB.

I have Pinnacle credit card since dec 2020, and I have maxima savings account.
I want exclusive account, but my branch is denying it.
I have visited 3 different branches for this issue, and all are denying to Upgrade my account to exclusive with 0 MAB.

Bro, how did you raise a request to upgrade your savings account to exclusive ? There's an options to upgrade via service request in app/site but it simply says account not eligible to upgrade.

Thanks. Also, my SA has around 10K balance, so do I need to first make the balance say 1/2L and then reach out to branch; Or is it that while submitting the upgrade request I need to fund it with 1/2L via cheque or something of that sort ?
Will definitely checkout with the closest branch, but just getting info beforehand 🙂

2 ways to upgrade account

First method (long process) -
Go to branch and ask them to upgrade account.
They you ask you to write application and it will be process within 2-3 working days.

Second method (instant process) -
Make you balance just above 1 lakhs and upgrade by mobile app. It will instant process your account into exclusive.
Take out your funds. It's zero balance.

If they ask you to provide initial funding, feel free to do so; otherwise, you can skip this step. Usually, it's not required.

A follow up question: For the Exclusive account's debit card, I see that there's both Visa Signature as well as MasterCard World, and both offer the same set of features/offers including 0 forex charges. My question is given an option, which one would be preferred, the Visa one or the MC one ?
I do recall some folks mentioning the superiority of one over the other for certain reasons, but unable to find it.

I've tried talking to customer care twice (two different people) both mentioned that the old will be cancelled before new one is issued. Is there any other process i need to follow to get both
