Domestic Lounge access from an international terminal

Has anyone used their domestic lounge access at T2 terminal at Mumbai airport? My IDFC first Wealth card shows I have access to domestic lounge. Spend criteria for IDFC was not met for international lounge access. The dreamfolks website shows 3-4 lounges on T2 terminal under domestic lounge accessible.

If CC you need to spend 20K Previous month for unlocking the access.
