DPD in cibil

hi I forgot to pay for ICICI card in Jan this year. Same is now DPD of 9 days in cibil. Tried even headservicequality (level 3) but was denied by them. No other such history in entire cibil records, due was of just Rs 236. Anyone can help or guide to resolve this issue. Thanks

AFAIK any over due more than 100/- they cant remove or keep idle without reporting that too ICICI they follow norms perfectly.
Yes Amex like cards if you apply first thing they see whether any defaults rather than your current score

Unless there is mistake in reporting / data is incorrect , financial institutions do not change/correct the data in credit report .

From credit score perspective, a due is a due, irrespective of amount.

I have all 3 Amex cards (MRCC, Gold Charge, Plat Travel) even though there is a DPD on my CIBIL. Depends on whether you are able to justify the same if bank questions you. I have a reverse documentation with Bank as it was there fault. They never removed it and I kept this email as a reference incase any questions while issuing a cc/loan.
