Try with Tata neu app and chances are there they will give you Rupay variant for FYF or LTF or try getting Vistara card and using their statement you can apply for Rupay variant with 199+Gst per year.

What's the update rn?
Also after the devaluation (no more Hotstar,no more Amazon prime(only prime video)) does it make sense to go for these cards?

it's not amc twice. one is issuance fee (one-time), another is amc

You get full amazon prime membership worth 1499.. Also there's option to choose zee5 and Sony Liv.. Only hotstar is removed.. Rest remains the same.. Jana and canara are the easiest to get Rupay select debit card.. Jana charges ₹590.. Whereas canara charges ₹1180.. Other banks have MAB criteria..
