No idea bro ! But i think both are different entities of same group so tata cliq is like becoming Myntra , electronic products are disappearing and tata neu will a hub for all sort of payment. I haven't used tata cliq more than 1 transaction so very little idea

If you balance of tata cliq try to find some who need ps5 Plus voucher and sell to them and get the money or some voucher if tata cliq sell

You would probably get 5% Neu Coins. 1 Neu Coin = Rs. 1 and you can use them to pay on any TATA app like BigBasket, 1Mg etc.

Yeah that much i had received from tata neu and have did only 2 transaction from using the app and their services so yeah it sucks 😞 but had no option to pay using cc on any other services i knew so had to choose tata neu for paying electricity bill using cc

Ohh😅.
Never used tata neu, nothing is transparent.
Actually I have axis airtel and I have used cashback quota.
I have citi Paytm that offers 3% unlimited cashback on electricity but paytm is charging 300 as platform fees.
Now I have no option other than Amazon Icici that will offer me 2%.
