My Branch Manager told me that state level approval is received but product level approval is pending. Can anybody tell how much time is required for the process now for EPM final approval

Approx 2-3 weeks. This is what my RM said and genuinely it took 18 days

Today my application is taken for process after all the pending approvals are in place. Application No is also generated.
Approval was taken basis my ITR but net salary criteria is not fulfilling.
My query is that whether EPM will be issued or there will be any hurdles?

Hello all, can private banking clients get EPM without meeting salary criteria ? I was added in my family's private banking group. The welcome leaflet mentioned that private banking customers get EPM, but im added under family banking and not coz of TRV.

Got the contact of a RM from one of the CC WhatsApp group who was getting it done at 2.4L.

Background:
Net Salary - 2.7L
Existing ICICI Privilege Banking account (active for 15 years, though with limited transactions).
Holding an Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card for ~5 years with a credit limit of 8.4L.

Requirement stated by him:
Minimum net salary credit of 2.4L for past 3 months and an active ICICI Bank account.
No requirement for salary account shift or Demat account if you already have an ICICI account.
If not, a 3-in-1 account (including Demat) needs to be opened.

Note: He mentioned that he has obtained approvals for 2.4L; however, he has a limited quota.
He is uncertain about how many additional cards he will be able to process going forward.

Timeline:
Day 1 - (Morning): Contacted the RM and shared 3 months pay slips. (Afternoon): Application submitted by the RM. CIBIL hit.

Day 2 - (Morning): Received the application link and CL was 18L. (Afternoon): Application login status updated to “Completed”.

Day 6 - (Afternoon): RM requested an email from my official email ID with my name, designation, and employee ID. CL was then revised to 12L.

Day 7 - (Noon): Was asked to provide Form 16, as they were unable to validate my work email domain (reason unclear).

Day 9 - (Morning): Sanction completed.

Unfortunately no. Until they get required approvals it won't move. Suggest push your RM and if possible BM.

If BM/RM won't do anything, the backend team will reject it soon. The same happened with my application.

After hdfc bank has raised the criteria for super premium cards like Infinia, guess other banks are following the same for their super premium cards.
