Is there any way to use Amazon voucher for fuel refilling...

HP vouchers are available on iShop. Please note that those vouchers can't be added to HP Pay wallet but can only be redeemed at the fuel station where the voucher codes need be entered into Drive Track Plus terminal.
Also, currently no fee is associated with these vouchers...the best way if one can use the same effectively.

EPM stuck at sanction stage from 18th oct .. what could be the reason ? what happens in sanction stage ? I kept 5L in my savings account during application stage to improve the chances of approval and removed it now .. will it effect sanction of my EPM ?

You need to follow up with your RM/BM to get the scantion stage approval. In my case the account balance didnt impact the approval.

Currently EPM is a card where only RM can help you. The whole game is with them and they can play with customers in the way they like. This is from what I've heard from various sources known to me.

I created 25 Lakh FD and kept 10 Lakh in account, but still my RM/BM couldn't get approval. They kept citing PPOP reason. So money in your account doesn't matter for EPM if your RM/BM is useless.
There is no EPM as LTF, unless you are an UHNI (5-6Cr+ TRV), in that case you probably don't care about the fees anyway.
I don’t know of any EPM issued as LTF. Let me know if you come across any.
Withdrawing money and grid on it to be used while transferring money
All ICICI DC have the grid on back of the card, not only limited to Wealth DC.
you can withdraw money from other DC variants as well 🙂
It may take 7 working days to get final decision after reaching sanction stage. If you don't get update within this period, contact your RM.
